Your role at Sephora As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, ensuring excellent client service, and driving sales. You will lead and motivate a team of associates, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth and development. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring a smooth client experience. Help develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. Support sales, performance, service, and operational goals. Lead, coach, and motivate associates to meet or exceed sales targets. Conduct performance reviews and support employee development. Promote effective collaboration within the leadership team. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle complaints effectively. Support client loyalty programs and engagement initiatives. Maintain store standards and visual merchandising excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist in managing inventory and staffing resources. Qualifications/Experience Proven success as a retail assistant manager. 3-5 years managing a high-volume retail or hospitality setting. Strong leadership and business acumen. Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills. Flexible schedule and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The annual salary range is $56,500 - $77,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
