The Finance & Accounting Manager oversees all financial operations, including accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This role ensures accurate and timely financial data to support strategic decision-making and maintain regulatory compliance. The manager will also support the CFO, lead special projects, and uphold internal controls to safeguard company assets.

In addition to core financial and accounting competencies, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills, enabling them to lead special initiatives and compile custom financial reports that support strategic planning. Performance management experience is also valuable, as the role involves overseeing departmental workflows and ensuring operational efficiency. A high level of personal effectiveness and credibility is essential-this includes being self-directed, dependable, and capable of earning trust across departments. The ability to adapt to evolving business needs and maintain composure under pressure will contribute to long-term success. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required) CPA certification (required) Experience: Minimum of 10 years in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions is highly desirable Desired/Nice to Have: Experience with financial systems implementation or upgrades Familiarity with corporate tax strategy and audit preparation Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, or HR departments These additional skills will support the candidate's ability to contribute beyond routine financial tasks, helping to drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support the CFO with high-level financial insights.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $160.00/hr.
