Position Description
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition associated with the hiring needs of Opportunities, Inc. mission and business critical position openings. This person will proactively and professionally interact with hiring managers at all levels of the organization and act as the subject matter expert for assigned roles. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for Opportunities, Inc. At its core, this role will be responsible for driving exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences and creating a strong Opportunities, Inc. employer brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the business to strategically support the growth of the company, including fostering future talent pipeline needs
• Develop influential partnerships with hiring managers and HR Directors
• Enhance the Opportunities, Inc. brand as an employer of choice
• Create informed, consultative sourcing strategies in collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers to source quality candidates.
• Identify, attract, engage and secure top talent
• Work towards best-in-class time to fill metrics
• Develop and negotiate complex competitive offer packages
• Maintain strong market expertise of the competitive landscape
• Identify and participate in process improvements and efficiencies
Required Education & Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or 5+ years of a mix of staffing and corporate recruiting experience, five years of high-level talent acquisition experience required.
• Mix of staffing and search and placement preferred.
• Consultative approach with the organization and HR Directors.
• Ability to build pipelines and advanced user of various recruiting platforms, skills and techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic recruiting plans, forecast and budget.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
