Job Description

Cybersecurity Architect (Full-Time) – Arlington, Texas 76014

A global provider of auto finance solutions, with operations in the United States, Latin America, Canada, Europe, and China, is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a full-time role. Through their long-standing relationships with auto dealers, they offer attractive retail loan and lease programs tailored to customer needs, along with commercial lending products to support dealership growth.

Position Details:

  • Location: Arlington, Texas 76014
  • Work Environment: Flexible hybrid model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
  • Team: Currently 12 Cybersecurity Architects and Technical Senior Principals, with a goal to expand the team to 15+.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Architecture .
  • Strong background in security architecture and hands-on experience with cloud technologies ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ), particularly in an enterprise environment .
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries , such as financial services, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of NIST and ISO standards.
  • Solid cybersecurity background with expertise in risk assessments .

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with application teams and IT groups to advise on cybersecurity practices, conduct risk assessments, and support incident response investigations.
  • Working with internal and external teams to ensure cybersecurity policies and standards are effectively implemented.
  • Assisting in the articulation and implementation of cybersecurity strategy across departments and the broader organization.
  • Partnering with IT architects, data custodians, and governance groups to develop and update cybersecurity controls, requirements, and secure infrastructure/application architectures.
