Job Description

Cyber Security Specialist

📍 Seattle, WA | Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

💰 Up to $150,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re partnering with a dynamic, tech-forward SaaS/Insurtech company that’s scaling fast and investing heavily in their cybersecurity strategy. They’re looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to take ownership of core security operations and help shape the future of security across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role, perfect for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and execution in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimising the SIEM environment to ensure real-time threat detection and effective response.
  • Leading the development and execution of IAM and PAM strategies , with a particular emphasis on hands-on experience configuring and managing CyberArk solutions .
  • Advising on secure architecture across infrastructure and applications; supporting secure-by-design principles.
  • Driving security-led initiatives — from security assessments and audits to tooling implementation and automation.
  • Owning the vulnerability management process , including identification, risk prioritisation, and remediation tracking.
  • Collaborating with DevOps to integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD workflows and cloud-native platforms.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity roles within cloud-first, SaaS, or regulated tech environments .
  • Strong expertise in modern security tooling , especially SIEM platforms and PAM/IAM solutions like CyberArk — including configuration, policy development, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work across teams and influence security decisions throughout the development lifecycle.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and technical execution — you know when to lead from the front and when to dive deep into the details.

If you’re ready to play a critical role in a business that values innovation, autonomy, and strong security foundations, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and make your mark in a forward-thinking security team.
