Herdsman Position available immediately on 500 cow dairy operation in Southwestern Wisconsin. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: heat detection, herd health, IV’s, treating fresh and mastitis cows, calving, assisting with employee supervision, milk cultures, hospital, and milking hospital cows 2X per day. MUST be a self starter, mature and dependable. Must also be a good cow manager, someone who enjoys working with cows in a nice facility, and a team player who is able and willing to follow directions and bring new ideas to the table. Spanish speaking a plus. Salary reasonable and benefits negotiable.
