Join to apply for the Designer - Industrial Color Extended role at CoCreativ The Designer provides support to the Creative and Marketing teams working with our luxury beauty and fragrance client in New York City. This person will need to have retail in-store, on/in-counter experience doing tester unit design & layouts, as well as schematics, duratrans, etc. Proficiency in 3D SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and AutoCAD is required. A keen eye for beauty and fashion is essential. This role operates in a hybrid model, with some days onsite at our client’s location and the rest remote. Candidate should be strong graphically, with abilities and understanding of architectural design. They should be capable of developing graphics, architectural drawings, 3D renders, and presentation boards to convey construction, design intent, and merchandising requirements for retail environments and fixtures. The candidate should be able to contribute effectively within a team, work independently on tasks, manage multiple projects and priorities, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities include aiding in the development of retail fixtures, store layouts, visual displays, graphic applications, and creative efforts for various retail formats and trade shows. They will also develop 3D renderings and design drawings for internal and external stakeholders, build print-ready files, and maintain organized files and timelines. Additional requirements include strong technical skills, excellent layout and design capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare files for production. The candidate must stay updated with industry developments, work well in a fast-paced environment, and contribute creatively to the team. Requirements 4+ years of store and fixture design experience, preferably in retail and beauty Degree in architecture Retail merchandising experience is a plus Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Benefits The salary range is $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and location.
