Noblis is seeking qualified military members who are eligible to participate in the DOD Skillbridge program through Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program with the next class starting in May 2025. This program is an initiative to help transitioning active duty people find meaningful employment opportunities and prepare them for the civilian workforce.
The Corporate Fellowship Program is a 12-week program held three times a year. It involves hands-on experience and training in a variety of positions to help give you the civilian related experience. Supervisors and mentors share their experience and knowledge and provide feedback. It helps you increase your professional network. Noblis is a Military Friendly company with over 19% being prior or current military.
Build Your Real-World Experience. As part of the fellowship program with Noblis, you will do real work on projects where you can learn, contribute, and see what it's like on the civilian side of your professional career field. You will be an integral part of our team from day one. You'll also participate in group collaboration activities that allow you to meet other team members and form new connections. You'll attend weekly seminars and networking events designed to prepare you for life after the military. You'll always be learning and growing!

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
