Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup on a mission to automate all office work for home service businessesstarting with an AI-powered dispatcher already in use across plumbing, HVAC, and pest control industries. Bootstrapped to $100K ARR and fresh off a $2.2M oversubscribed seed round from top-tier investors (including backers of ServiceTitan, PayPal, Dropbox, and RillaVoice), this company is poised for hypergrowth.

Led by three immigrant founders whove relocated to San Francisco to build this vision, the company thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture where speed and focus are paramount. They are now hiring multiple founding engineers to help scale this platform from early traction to industry dominance.

What You Will Do

• Architect and build production-grade features across the front-end stack (React, TypeScript, Next.js).

• Drive new UI/UX patterns for high-conversion, enterprise-facing tools in the AI operations space.

• Collaborate closely with founders and early customers to ship MVPs at rapid iteration speed.

• Own key product and infrastructure decisions as part of a core founding team.

• Help scale the frontend codebase while maintaining high performance and usability standards.

• Take part in a high-intensity startup culture with flexible hours but high expectations for output and commitment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• Strong React + TypeScript experience with a proven track record of shipping fast, clean frontend code.

• Experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Next.js), but frontend focus and design sense is essential.

• At least 2+ years at a startup or built/maintained live production applications (exceptional recent grads welcome).

• Entrepreneurial mindset: bias toward action, learning quickly, and doing what it takes to launch.

• Willing and able to commit to an onsite, high-ownership role in SF (60+ hours/week, 5+ days/week) .

Preferred

• Experience working in high-growth or early-stage, venture-backed startups.

• Prior experience building enterprise SaaS or internal tools with complex frontends.

• Exposure to voice, AI, or automation platforms is a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and owning projects end-to-end without constant supervision.

• Background or interest in blue-collar industries, operations, or logistics is a bonus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $150,000 $180,000

• Equity: Generous founding-equity package

• Full-time, permanent role with immediate and visible product impact

• Visa sponsorship available for outstanding candidates

• In-person team in San Francisco, with relocation support for candidates coming from out of state or abroad

• Flexible working hours (no set 95), but this is a high-commitment role ideal for someone looking to go all-in on a startup journey
