The Grooming Box – Mobile Pet Spa is looking for full-time groomers!

Are you passionate about working with animals and looking for a rewarding, hands-on career? We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our mobile pet grooming team — whether you're an experienced groomer or brand new to the field.

Perks & Compensation

• Guaranteed pay during training

After successful completion of training:

• Competitive commission split. Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 , depending on experience and performance.
• Keep 100% of your tips
• Paid Time Off (PTO) available after introductory period

Experienced groomers will earn top commission , and we provide full training from scratch for the right person!

What we provide:

• The company provides a state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter van, fully equipped to deliver outstanding service while providing comfort to our groomers.
• We provide all grooming supplies, fuel & equipment.
• Schedule and appointments fully managed by our office team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is excited to learn a new trade and work with animals daily
• Has a strong work ethic , is reliable, and punctual
• Maintains a professional appearance and communicates well with clients
• Can work independently and stay organized
• Is physically able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods
• Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Lives in or near our service area

Position Requirements

• No grooming experience necessary — we will train you from the ground up
• Must love animals and be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Must supply your own basic tools (shears, clippers, blades, combs, brushes)
• Pet First Aid Certification required after training
• Willingness to drive to clients’ homes and work in a mobile grooming van

• Pass a background and motor vehicle check
• Provide professional references
