Job Description

An UHNW family in Bellevue, WA is seeking a professional, discreet, and highly organized House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of their primary residence and provide care for their two beloved dogs. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organized, welcoming home environment.

Candidates must be based locally and fully available to work onsite Monday through Friday. Some domestic travel primarily to secondary residences in California and Montana will be required throughout the year (approximately 8 weeks total daily per diem provided).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform daily walk-throughs of the property and follow established checklists for daily, weekly, and seasonal household upkeep
  • Oversee cleaning protocols and manage housekeeper(s); perform light housekeeping duties to maintain household standards
  • Plan and prepare simple, healthy meals and manage grocery shopping, pantry organization, and fridge inventory
  • Care for the family dogs, including feeding, walks, medications, vet appointments, and keeping supplies clean and stocked
  • Manage household laundry, dry cleaning, and care for high-end clothing, linens, and soft goods
  • Oversee vendors and service providers; schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and home projects
  • Maintain household inventories (supplies, toiletries, supplements, medications) and ensure everything is well-stocked and organized
  • Set and reset the home for guests, meetings, small gatherings, and formal dinners
  • Pack and unpack for family travel, including preparing items for dogs and ensuring all logistics are handled in advance
  • Provide occasional administrative support such as filing invoices, managing deliveries, and tracking appointments
  • Ensure the home is secure at all times and handle confidential matters with utmost discretion

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Compensation: 1099$40/hr with medical and cell phone stipend. Per Diem provided when traveling
