Human Resources Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay Range: $24.04 – $31.25 per hour

Bonus Eligible: Yes (Annual performance-based, typically 3–5%)

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our client’s growing HR team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Support the full-cycle hiring process from application review through onboarding.
  • Records & Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and communication.
  • Policy & Compliance Support: Stay informed on legal changes and support HR policy updates as needed.
  • Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support with scheduling, reporting, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a coordinator or support role
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Fluency in Vietnamese strongly preferred
