Job Title: Legal Assistant
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103
*Hybrid role, M, W, F in office*
Pay Rate: $55,000-$70,000/yr
Start Date: ASAP

Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support for multiple attorneys across various practice groups at our Philadelphia Center City office.

This role will primarily support white collar litigation, health care fraud, and commercial litigation, with secondary focus on product liability, insurance defense, and employment law, serving clients nationwide.

Responsibilities include transcribing and finalizing legal documents, managing court filings in state and federal courts, coordinating trial schedules, maintaining attorney calendars, and ensuring timely expense reporting.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in complex litigation, proficiency with CM/ECF filings, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with iManage and Prolaw experience as a plus.
