Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the operations team supporting various manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Range: $20- $25 p/h w-2
Duration : 12 month contract

What's the Job?

• Perform engineering work related to planning, devising, or adapting methods to improve manufacturing production.
• Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine time or quality revisions.
• Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Monitor operations standards and carry out necessary changes.
• Identify issues and problems, seeking assistance when needed to resolve them.

What's Needed?

• Completed High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in operations or assembly environments.
• Ability to work with moderate direction and identify issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
