Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer I , you will be part of the engineering support team, contributing to the innovative development of precision manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I
Location: Waukesha, WI
Pay Range: $24 per hour

What's the Job?

• Set up equipment for production in accordance with specified settings.
• Operate developmental processes while maintaining accurate digital records as per the company's quality policy.
• Proactively identify hazards and assist in resolving safety concerns.
• Collaborate with engineering personnel for process development and improvement.
• Visually inspect components and manipulate features under a microscope to resolve discrepancies.

What's Needed?

• Associates degree or a High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting at subsystem and system levels using identifiable problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to understand and interpret basic written technical information.
• Fine motor skills and high levels of visual acuity.
• Experience in a precision manufacturing environment is a plus.
