JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Intern supports the execution of the integrated marketing plan and assists in the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with overall corporate goals. This role provides hands-on experience across key marketing functions, including social media, website management, branding, and internal communications. The ideal candidate brings creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn while contributing to the growth and visibility of the company. This is a part-time, seasonal position based in the Fond du Lac, WI Office, with occasional travel opportunities depending on project needs across our nationwide portfolio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist in managing and creating content for company social media channels
· Support website updates and content management
· Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
· Coordinate and organize marketing assets for campaigns and events
· Assist with internal and external communications
· Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input
· Conduct basic market research as needed
· Other administrative and project support tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Some marketing experience or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
· Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
