Office Manager – Fast-Paced Retina Practice
Are you a natural leader with a passion for organization, teamwork, and healthcare? The Retina Center is looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join and help lead our thriving retina practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a high-energy, patient-focused medical office where no two days are the same.
What You'll Do:
Help run the daily operations of a busy medical office alongside physicians and staff
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
Review staff performance and help determine the best fit and roles for each team member
Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure efficient and quality patient care
Manage office schedules, staffing, and day-to-day logistic
Who You Are:
A confident, proactive manager with experience leading teams—medical office experience preferred
Comfortable in a busy, detail-driven environment
Familiar with medical terminology and workflow (retina or ophthalmology experience is a big plus!)
Skilled in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking
Excited to take ownership and grow with the practice
