Are you passionate about history, culture, and community engagement? The Arlington Heights Historical Museum is seeking a dynamic and visionary Museum Director
to lead its mission of preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of Arlington Heights.

In this exciting role, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum, supervise a dedicated team, manage curatorial care, and shape the museums strategic directionall within a unique intergovernmental partnership between the Arlington Heights Park District, Village of Arlington Heights, and the Arlington Heights Historical Society.Located in the vibrant northwest suburbs of Chicago, the Arlington Heights Historical Museum (AHHM) is a cornerstone of local history and lifelong learning. As Museum Director, youll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative programs that captivate the public and bring Arlington Heights story to life.

The salary range for this position is $62,119-$86,276 with an anticipated hiring range of $62,119-$67,220 DOQ.

Located 25 miles northwest from downtown Chicago, AHPD is the 3rd largest Park District in Cook County and the 12th largest in the State of Illinois.
