🔧What You’ll Do

• 🖊️Bring Designs to Life– Read and interpret technical sketches to understand complex product requirements.
• 🛠️Craft with Precision– Use hand tools and machinery (drill press, grinder, manual mills, lathes) to build and refine molds.
• 🤝Collaborate with Engineers– Work side-by-side with design teams to ensure patterns meet exact specifications.
• 🧪Perfect the Prototype– Conduct fittings and make critical adjustments to ensure flawless performance.
• 📚Document Your Mastery– Maintain detailed records of each pattern for future production.
• ⚙️Optimize for Production– Ensure every pattern is practical, efficient, and ready for manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
