About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Senior Customer Marketing Manager to develop and manage our customer marketing programs. The role involves expanding our customer base, increasing retention and engagement, nurturing advocates, and enhancing overall satisfaction.

What Youll Do

  1. Create content, resources, and programs to drive customer expansion.
  2. Develop strategies to increase retention and engagement, collaborating with the customer success team.
  3. Work with product marketing to create resources that maximize product value for customers.
  4. Relay customer insights to the product team and serve as a liaison.
  5. Manage Customer Advisory Boards (CAB) and loyalty programs.
  6. Foster community among customers through online platforms and events.
  7. Create case studies and success stories, and manage educational content like webinars and tutorials.
  8. Track and report on key metrics such as customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

About You

  1. 6+ years of experience in customer marketing within a fast-growing B2B technology company.
  2. Strong understanding of retention strategies and CRM.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency with feedback tools and analytics platforms.
  5. Ability to create compelling content and manage multiple projects.
  6. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
