What we are looking for: GNOMI is seeking a talented Model Behavior Architect to help define and refine the behaviors of our News AI Agent. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of prompt engineering and LLM behavior optimization, ensuring that our AI Agent consistently delivers high-quality, trustworthy, and context-aware news insights to users. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement prompt engineering strategies to guide model behavior for news-focused and general knowledge use cases. Identify edge cases and inconsistencies in model outputs through structured testing and iterative prompt refinement. Develop scalable, automated pipelines for evaluating prompt effectiveness and optimizing performance. Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to align model behavior with GNOMI’s product and user experience goals. Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously enhance prompt design and performance. Create and maintain prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for internal use and production-facing systems. Stay at the cutting edge of prompt engineering, model alignment, and evaluation techniques from both industry and academia. Qualifications: Demonstrated passion for AI, with experience in prompt engineering and chaining techniques—ideally with real-world projects or examples to share. Background in philosophy, psychology, linguistics, data science, or related fields. Familiarity with Python and the ability to run and refine simple scripts. High-level understanding of large language models, training processes, and reinforcement learning concepts. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas.
