📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
• Evaluate auto accident claims and communicate with prospective clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and discovery responses
• Analyze evidence, including medical records and expert opinions
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Negotiate favorable settlements aligned with client goals
• Supervise legal assistants and paralegals to ensure case efficiency
• Maintain case updates and communication via firm case management systems

• 7–12 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on auto accidents
