An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students in an engaging and supportive environment. This position focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language intervention to students, particularly those from Native populations, ensuring that their educational needs are met effectively while fostering their individual growth and confidence. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language skills for students in grades K-8. Develop and implement personalized intervention strategies and goals tailored to each student's needs. Provide teletherapy sessions to a caseload of under 20 students, utilizing digital tools to facilitate effective communication. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and any relevant communication with stakeholders. Remain informed about best practices and developments in speech-language pathology and teletherapy methods. Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Previous experience working with Native populations is preferred. Strong teletherapy skills, with the ability to engage students virtually. Proficient in using technology for assessments and therapy sessions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students and families.
