We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major case management system project. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams, supporting testing processes, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT-focused business analysis within structured project management environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders (end-users, managers, IT teams) to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and meetings.
Translate requirements into User Stories, technical specifications, and system designs.
Contribute to test planning, test case development, and execution to ensure system quality and reliability.
Address business risks and issues proactively and escalate as needed for resolution.
Evaluate and support the implementation of benchmark systems.
Utilize business analysis tools, data visualization platforms, and business intelligence software.
Manage and support business projects across functional teams.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years in business analysis, particularly focused on IT projects.
Strong background in requirements documentation, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills:
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Technical proficiency in SQL , data visualization , and business intelligence tools .
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Certifications (Preferred):
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
