Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery. Support as an SME. Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current, meet quality standards, and fulfill client requirements. Train and develop team members to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower and mitigate delivery risks. Conduct performance tuning of database systems. Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and emerging technologies. Build and manage DataOps, CICD pipelines, and automated deployments. Prepare technical design documents and SLA agreements.
