Job Summary To conceptualize, design, and deliver product or sustenance solutions through the team as per defined scope and standards in a specific technology. Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project and sustenance delivery. Support as an SME. Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to keep solutions current, meet quality standards, and fulfill client requirements. Train and develop team members to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower and mitigate delivery risks. Gather specifications and deliver solutions to clients based on domain or technology understanding. Recommend and implement client value creation initiatives and industry best practices. Design and implement data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data into data warehouses. Additional Responsibilities Develop and maintain data models and schemas for BI and analytics. Optimize data storage and retrieval systems for performance and scalability. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts on machine learning models. Implement data governance policies for quality, security, and compliance. Develop and maintain ETL workflows. Design data integration solutions for third-party applications. Conduct performance tuning of database systems. Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and emerging technologies. Build and manage DataOps, CICD pipelines, and automated deployments. Prepare technical design documents and SLA agreements.
