Overview Asset Protection Specialist role in our retail stores, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail and Sales Asset Protection. Responsibilities include security, asset protection, and general wellbeing of facilities, employees, and clients, as well as supporting operational functions and inventory control. What You Get To Do Everyday Support safety and security processes and procedures, including business continuity plans Utilize CCTV to review video for safety and investigations and bring internal and external cases to closure Help lead weekly inventory cycle counts and partner with inventory operations to reconcile variances Conduct daily/weekly/monthly audits to ensure shortage control, safety, and adherence to Asset Protection policies and procedures Responsible for physical security of the building as a key holder, including off-hour alarm response Train current and new team members on AP processes and systems to ensure proper compliance; assist with onboarding Collaborate with store teams to support total business needs and Asset Protection initiatives Work with store management to support business needs and achieve store objectives Investigate industry trends, understand market conditions, and develop AP strategies Identify internal and external theft incidents and properly document What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: 1+ year of Asset Protection or Security experience Strong understanding of physical security including CCTV, EAS, alarms, access control, and lock and key Ability to work well with all levels of management and with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to shifting priorities Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to work well within a team Ability to stand for up to 8 hours Customer-focused mindset with a drive to provide a warm and welcoming environment Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to respond to alarm company calls and be available after hours as needed Preferred Requirements: 1+ year of Asset Protection or Security experience in a retail store setting Compensation, Benefits, + Perks Employee Stock Purchase Plan 401K with Company Match Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid parental leave 18 PTO days and 10 paid holidays Climate-controlled warehouse facility The expected hourly rate for this role is $20.00-$25.07. Starting pay considers location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary may be complemented by bonus or incentive programs where applicable.
