💼 What You’ll Do:

📈 Student Recruitment & Support:

• Meet and exceed international recruitment goals by connecting with prospective students.
• Provide end-to-end guidance: from first inquiry to enrollment and visa processing.
• Champion the student experience with timely support and clear communication.

📣 Marketing & Outreach:

• Plan and execute tailored campaigns that resonate with U.S. audiences.
• Create compelling materials: brochures, newsletters, videos, and more.
• Build strategic partnerships with institutions, agents, and community organizations.

🎉 Event Coordination:

• Organize and represent UCAM at educational fairs, exhibitions, and webinars.
• Ensure every event is a standout success—from logistics to follow-ups.

👥 Student Retention Support:

• Monitor student engagement and create retention strategies.
• Deliver actionable insights to leadership to continuously enhance the student journey.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education , or related fields.

💼 Experience:

• 3+ years in sales, marketing, higher education , or international markets .

🛠️ Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with CRM expertise (experience with tools like Salesforce is a plus).
• Adaptability and creativity in fast-paced environments.
