Our client in Manchester is seeking an Industrial Painters to join their family-oriented team on all shifts.

You will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of coating projects by applying full ranges of coating via operation of paint spraying equipment, often in high quality paint booths. These duties require strong attention to detail to adequately prepare the equipment for the next stage in the high-quality manufacturing process.

What will you be doing?

• Resolve paint problems by adjusting processes to meet specifications
• Set up and operate spray paint systems and pressure pot spray systems to apply prime coat and topcoat
• Move parts by operating overhead crane
• Assists in prepping components, sanding and reworking paint
• Quality analysis of finished product with details inspection

What’s Needed?

• 1 + years' experience in painting, proven ability to utilize paint equipment
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and follow procedures
• Detail oriented with attention to quality, basic understanding of shop math
• 18 years or older, High school diploma or GED
• Good attendance, commitment, career oriented, committed to company values
