Description Overview: The successful Sales Consultant will demonstrate the advantages and benefits of MarineMax and strategically position the company in the marketplace to sell new and used products. Key Tasks: Enthusiastically embrace the MarineMax values Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale Develop long-term relationships with customers Acquire full knowledge of the complete product line, features, and accessories available for purchase Show products in the showroom, at off-site displays or shows, and demonstrate boats on the water Follow the MarineMax sales process to improve selling skills, including prospecting for new customers and follow-up on previous contacts Input and maintain accurate customer and prospect information in the IDS system and utilize data to generate sales Accurately compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and license fees.
